LACTOSE FREE PANCAKE AND WAFFLE MIX
Just add water to this ready-mix to cook yummy pancakes. Or simply reduce the amount of water and add some fat for some wonderful easy-to-cook waffles
Gluten-free wheat starch (max 20 mg gluten/kg), whole egg powder, lactose-free milk powder, sugar, baking soda (E450, E500 cornstarch), salt, emulsifier (E471), thickener (E412).
Combine 400 g of mix with 600-700 ml of water and whisk to a smooth batter. Add 1.5 dl of margarine (1 dl of oil). Heat the waffle iron well and grease with oil before baking the first waffle. For crispy waffles, the waffle iron should be really hot
Combine 100 ml of mix with 100-150 ml of water and stir. Cook the pancakes with a knob of melted butter in a medium-heated pan.
