Ingredients

Sunflower seeds, flax seeds, oatmeal, corn fiber, whey protein concentrate (milk), egg powder, casein protein (milk), psyllium, thickening agent (guar gum, xanthan gum), salt, baking powder (E450, E500, cornflour).

Instructions

Combine 350 g of mix with250 ml of water and form into a dough. Let settle for a minute and then, with wet hands, form a loaf of bread or several small loaves. Alternatively, put the dough directly into a baking tin. For a better structure, add25 g of yeast and ferment the bread for about 25 minutes before baking.

Bake at 175-200 °C for about 30-40 minutes for a big loaf and about 15 minutes for small loaves.
